FAQ's

Do you do residential? Not at this time. We currently only service commercial facilities. Check back with us in the future though, we are currently evaluating a residential service. 

What is your contract length? Typically, 1 year, but that is just to put a date on the service agreement. We have a 30 day notice clause, if you aren’t happy, we don’t want you to be stuck. But we are sure you will be happy with our services.

What happens when we sign an agreement with your company? Welcome to our family! Once a service agreement is signed, we will schedule an initial deep clean of your facility, and work with you on deciding the best start date for services. We will be in regular communication with you to make sure things are cleaned to your satisfaction, and that you are completely satisfied with our services. If you have any concerns you will have managements direct lines to call them with any issues. 

Do you charge for an initial cleaning of our facility? Not typically, unless it’s reeeeally bad and we have to send a special team in for several days of work. For a normal facility, once an agreement has been signed and a start date provided, our detail crew will come in free of charge to bring your facility’s cleaning up to our standards. This is part of our service and would never be a separate charge to you.

What services does Absolute Clean Co. offer? Absolute Clean Co. provides a comprehensive range of commercial cleaning services, including office cleaning, retail store cleaning, medical and educational facility cleaning, industrial cleaning, and specialized services such as post-construction clean-up and event cleaning. Are you insured? Yes we are! We have general liability insurance of 1Million/2million. We are happy to provide our certificate of insurance (COI) on request.

Do you outsource your cleaning services? Absolutely not. We know this is a common practice with companies our size, but it’s not for us. We pride ourselves on our quality, training, and customer service. Outsourcing does not provide us precise control over these core principals in our company, so we NEVER outsource our main cleaning services. We hand pick employees for each location no matter how far away a customer is from our office. We have infrastructure in place to provide quality support to even our furthest clients.

What areas do you serve in South Carolina? We serve most regions across South Carolina, including but not limited to Beaufort, Charleston, Columbia, Hilton Head, and more. Please check out our service area page for a complete list. NOTE: Some areas are “coming soon” as we expand our operations to serve new areas.

Are your cleaning practices environmentally friendly? We offer eco-friendly products and methods that are safe for the environment while still ensuring a high standard of cleanliness.

How do you ensure the quality of your cleaning services? Quality is our top priority. We have a trained and experienced team, use state-of-the-art equipment, and follow a thorough cleaning checklist. Additionally, we regularly seek client feedback to continuously improve our services.

Can cleaning services be tailored to my business’s specific needs? Absolutely. We understand that each business has unique cleaning needs. We offer customizable cleaning plans to match your specific requirements and schedule.

How are your staff vetted and trained? Our staff undergoes a rigorous vetting process, including background checks. They receive comprehensive training in cleaning techniques, customer service, and safety protocols to ensure top-notch service.

What measures are you taking to ensure safety during COVID-19? We strictly adhere to CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, and our staff is equipped with proper PPE when necessary. We also offer specialized disinfection services to help businesses maintain a safe environment.

How do I get a quote for your cleaning services? You can request a quote by contacting us via phone, email, or our website’s contact form. We typically conduct a brief consultation and a site visit to understand your needs before providing a detailed quote.

What is your policy on cancellations or rescheduling services? We offer flexible scheduling. However, we request that any cancellations or rescheduling be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

Do you offer one-time cleaning services or only long-term contracts? We offer both one-time cleaning services and ongoing contractual cleaning services. Our goal is to accommodate your specific cleaning requirements, whether it’s a single deep clean or regular maintenance.
